Shipping.

We use NZ Post ParcelPost tracked shipping for sending out our banana slug packages. Once you have submitted your order via our website, you will be sent a confirmation of order e-mail. Upon completion of packaging your order, you will be sent a second e-mail with a tracking number for your parcel.

Returns.

We want you to be totally thrilled with your banana slug purchase. 
If you think you have been sent a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us at hello@bananaslug.co.nz

 

Exchanges.

If you find that you have accidentally ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange your banana slug item, we are happy to exchange it providing it is unwashed, unworn and in excellent saleable condition

Please send it to us, with proof of purchase, within 30 days to:
