FAQs

Who makes
your clothes?

It is one of our core values to be able to supply t-shirts that have been made by adults in good working conditions - one that nearly broke our bank and has been worth every cent. We like knowing that there is a traceable line of accountability in the manufacturing supply chain from start to finish.

Who comes up with
the designs?

We do. Each one is a true collaboration from concept through to the final printed product. We discuss ideas excitedly around the sandpit at Stephanie’s house as our boys conduct diplomatic and not so diplomatic affairs surrounding sandpit etiquette. We hand draw or paint them, feed them into photoshop for final editing and creating a format to suit our printers and the design makes its way on to our tees.

Who are your printers?

We use fantastic printers who represent the best of New Zealand of screen printing. Their work is second-to-none and share our priorities and ideals in terms of maintaining fair working conditions, ethical supply chains, and environmentally conscious business printing practices.

Are you stealing my data?

Nope.

We don’t do market research as you browse our site. We don’t keep a track of which t-shirts you look at.
We’ll ask for your postal details + contact details for an order, but will not retain that information for any other reason than processing your order.
We do have a mailing list you can sign up for - our Slug Club - but we won’t spam you each week.
It’s more like once a season (so that’s twice a year?)
